We are Detroit's source for design-forward event rentals

Over the years, we’ve thoughtfully curated an eclectic event rentals collection like no other in southeast Michigan! While mid-century modern design is at the heart of our collection, you’ll also find bohemian textures, retro and vintage finds, and handmade furniture designed and built in-house. Each piece has been carefully selected to make a statement on its own and mix seamlessly with other pieces in the collection.

Rentals Booking Process

01. Reserve Your Rentals

Build your dream wishlist or reach out to us directly to start the process. We’ll check the availability of the rentals you’re interested in and provide you with a rental order proposal to review. Rentals will be placed on hold for 14 days to give you time to review and reserve your order.


When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll provide you with your unique client invoice link to e-sign our rental agreement and make the 50% non-refundable first payment to reserve your rentals.

02. two Weeks before your event date

We’ll be in touch two weeks before your event date to finalize delivery and logistics information with you and answer any questions you may have.

 

You can also update your order quantities and add or remove items at this time. We know guest counts and plans can change, so you have until 10 days before your event date to make changes to your order. Your final payment is also due at this time and will be updated based on any final changes.

03. Day of the Event

Our delivery crew will arrive with your rentals and all the details they need to ensure your order is set just like we’ve discussed. After your event, our crew will return to pick up your rentals – no moving is necessary on your part!

Rental Policies

Rental Order Minimums

Our rental order minimums apply before our picture perfect fee and signature delivery/installation/retrieval fee are applied to your order.

 

$300 order minimum for locations within 25 miles of our Livonia warehouse

$600 order minimum for locations over 25 miles from our Livonia warehouse

$1500 order minimum for locations in North, West, or Mid-Michigan

Signature Delivery/Installation/Retrieval SErvice

All delivery orders receive our signature delivery/installation/retrieval service! Our delivery crew will unload your rentals to a designated area; assemble and place your rentals per the client-provided floor plan, mock-up, and/or event planner instructions; perform a final cleaning of all rentals before the delivery crew leaves; and return after your event ends, either same night or the next day, to disassemble and remove your rentals from your event location.

 

This service fee is calculated for your specific event needs based on mileage, number of round trips, order size, and required labor.

Stairs Delivery Fee

The stairs delivery fee is an additional fee applied to orders that require delivery via stairs (one or more flights), over difficult terrain, or over a long distance (quarter mile or more). This fee covers the additional labor needed to accomplish delivery and retrieval.

Picture Perfect Fee

The picture perfect fee is a mandatory, non-refundable 8% fee applied to all rental orders (delivery and will call). This fee covers the normal wear and tear and cleaning our rentals experience.
